Terms of service
Last updated 21 July 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and LouderLink when you use the service.
1. Who these terms are with
LouderLink ("we", "us") provides music smart links, pre-saves, link-in-bio pages, fan capture and campaign analytics at louderlink.com and louder.link. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use LouderLink for a company, label or agency, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your password secure and do not share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by teammates you invite. Tell us promptly at support@louderlink.com if you think someone else has access.
We ask you to confirm your email address. Until you do, pages you create stay unpublished. This protects the service from abuse and makes sure we can reach you.
3. Your content, and who owns it
You keep all rights to the music, artwork, text and other material you put into LouderLink ("your content"). We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content, only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that age out on our normal cycle.
You promise that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights. If you are not the rights holder for a release, do not publish it as your own.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use LouderLink to:
- publish content that infringes copyright or any other right;
- publish anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexual content involving minors;
- send unsolicited bulk email to addresses you collected through the service, or otherwise breach marketing laws that apply to you;
- mislead fans about what an action does, for example by disguising where a link goes;
- distribute malware, phish, or attempt to break, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure;
- scrape or bulk-create links by automated means, or work around rate limits and bot checks;
- resell or white-label the service except on a plan that expressly allows it.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches this section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe something on LouderLink infringes your rights, email support@louderlink.com with the link, a description of the work, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or act for them. We investigate and remove infringing material, and we terminate repeat infringers.
6. Plans, billing and trials
The free plan is free indefinitely. Paid plans are billed in advance each month or year through Stripe, in US dollars, until you cancel. Prices shown exclude any sales tax or VAT that we must add.
Some plans offer a free trial that requires a card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and the card is charged. You can cancel a trial at any time from your billing settings.
You can cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for part-used periods unless the law requires it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. By starting the service immediately you agree we can begin during that period, and you accept that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
We may change prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your renewal.
7. Fan data and your responsibilities as its controller
When fans use your links, LouderLink collects data on your behalf: email addresses, pre-save records, click and view statistics. For that data you are the data controller and we are your processor. In plain terms, it is your data and your responsibility.
You agree to have a lawful basis for collecting and using it, to honour fans' requests about their own data, and to comply with the marketing rules that apply where your fans live. Our commitments as processor are set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Third-party platforms
LouderLink connects to services we do not control, including Spotify, Google/YouTube, Apple, Meta, TikTok and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. They can change or withdraw their APIs, which may change or remove features here. We are not responsible for their acts or outages.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep LouderLink available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of that period.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using LouderLink and delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if you do not pay.
When an account closes we delete its content on our normal cycle. Export anything you want to keep first, including your fan list, which you can download as a CSV at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties. We do not promise any particular level of streams, saves, followers, ad performance or revenue. Analytics and ad tracking are best-effort measurements and can be affected by browsers, platforms and privacy settings outside our control.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period, or fifty US dollars.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email account holders or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
