Accounts & artists

How your login, your artist profiles and your team fit together.

Your account#

One login, which owns everything: your plan, your billing, your artists and your team. Sign in with an email and password, or with Google or Spotify.

Social sign-ins can be disconnected later from Account, under Connected accounts. If it is your only way in, set a password first so you do not lock yourself out.

Confirm your email#

Public pages stay dark until the account email is confirmed. You can build everything before confirming, but fans will not see it. This keeps the service from being used to host junk, and clears the moment you click the link in the email.

No email arrived?

Resend it from Account. Check spam, and if you signed up with Google or Spotify make sure the address they gave us is one you can actually read.

Artists#

An artist is the container for a project's work: its links, bio page, gates, fan list, look and pixels. You get one to start with, named after whatever you entered at signup, and it can be renamed at any time.

Running more than one project? See Multiple artists.
